What type of quality do you offer?

The distillery specializes in artisanal distillation in small batches of high-quality products made exclusively with natural ingredients. We do not skimp on production costs or the quality of the materials used.

What types of spirits are produced for third parties?

A wide selection of gins, vodka, rums, bitters, distilled liqueurs, and ready-to-drink cocktails (RTDs), all of them CRAFT.

Is whisky produced for third parties?

Whisky needs 5 years of aging in barrels to be labeled as such. Therefore, as a general rule, we do not distill whisky for third parties.

Does the distillery produce carbonated beverages?

We produce the bulk liquid that is then sent to another facility for carbonation and bottling. We do not offer carbonated beverages as a final product.

Are low-alcohol products produced?

Yes, we work on LowLos with a minimum alcohol content of 15% – We do not produce beverages with lower alcohol content.

Can I provide my own recipe for producing a spirit?

Yes, but it is important to note that any recipe will undergo a review process by our Master Distiller. This is to ensure that the recipe will yield optimal production results; if not, we will propose revisions and adaptations to the client.

Does the distillery have ready-made recipes to offer clients?

No, all our recipes are created ad hoc for each client. Each of the recipes created is protected by confidentiality agreements and is used exclusively for the respective client.

Will I be able to taste the spirit during the formulation phase and before moving to production?

Absolutely. Once the recipe is defined with the client, an initial distillation trial is conducted based on it. If the trial is accepted by the client, it proceeds to production; otherwise, it returns to the formulation phase for modifications until it meets the client’s organoleptic requirements 100%.

Is there a minimum production requirement for creating a custom project?

Yes. To ensure cost efficiency, there is a minimum production volume of approximately 1,500 bottles of 50 or 70 cl. For smaller bottles, the minimum rises to 2,500 bottles. Unless in exceptional cases, we do not initiate projects with lower volumes.

What types of bottle formats does the distillery work with?

We package spirits in virtually any glass format, ranging from 5 cl to 2.5 L. We do not package in cans or PET.

Can I provide the materials for packaging my product?

Of course, bottles, labels, caps, cardboard boxes, and similar items can be designed and produced by the client as long as they comply with the distillery’s technical guidelines.

Do you facilitate all the permits needed to sell the product in Spain?

The bottles leave the distillery ready for sale in Spain, with all necessary permits and special taxes paid.

Do you work with international clients?

Absolutely, this is something we do regularly. If you are an international client, we can produce and assist you with the export procedures. The product will be shipped to your country free of taxes, in accordance with its current regulations.

Can the bottle be silk-screened?

Absolutely. We collaborate with several companies that specialize in glass decoration. That said, it is important to note that the minimum production volume would rise to 2,500 bottles, which is the minimum order for silk-screened bottles.

What is better: labeling or silk-screening?

Silk-screening requires a minimum production volume of 2,500 bottles, compared to 1,500 bottles for labeled bottles. However, this decision should be made during the project definition phase based on packaging requirements and brand design.

Is there a cost for the product definition phase?

It largely depends on the level of assistance you need. If you have the project well defined and ready for execution, there will be no additional cost. Otherwise, we will offer our consulting service to ensure we help you define all the project requirements.

How can consulting services help me?

If you are starting your project in a sector different from the one you are familiar with, any assistance will be beneficial. You will need help to correctly define your product, obtain reliable materials, adjust costs, and ensure compliance with current legislation at each step of the project, among other things. Surrounding yourself with a team of experienced professionals who can accompany you during the definition phase is highly recommended.

Can I purchase bulk product?

If the product is shipped under a suspensive regime to a location with a CAE (Alcohol Strategic Account), we can offer different formats, ranging from 200-liter drums to 1,000-liter IBCs.

On the other hand, if you do not have the appropriate license for alcohol management, we can provide bulk spirits in BAG IN BOX format with special taxes already paid, as long as the product is intended for the Spanish market.

What products are available in bulk?

We offer all types of gins, vodkas, and rums. In addition, we produce bitters, distilled liqueurs, and ready-to-drink cocktails.

Can I manage the design of my product with another agency?

Of course. If you are already working with professionals, they will understand the production requirements we provide. Our clients can choose to use our design services if they wish, but there is no obligation to do so.

I don’t have a brand yet – do I need to have one?

Starting the production of a spirit without a registered brand is not advisable. However, nothing prevents you from initiating the project while proceeding with the brand registration in parallel.
