From the heart of Spain
Desde 2012
This business adventure started in 2012 with the launch of Spain’s first Craft distillery, one of the very first in the world.
The launch of the first bottle of gin in 2013 marked the start of an exciting journey. Our desire to innovate soon led us to explore other products, especially those aged in barrels, where we found an exhilarating mix of challenges, rewards, and great results.
Since 2016, we have maintained strategic collaborations with companies in the sector, leading to the co-launch of countless products that we are proud of and that have undoubtedly kept our challenging and creative spirit alive.
In 2021, we decided to adopt the name Destilería de Madrid, thus honoring the wonderful city that saw us born and that embraces us.
